Privacy Policy
Effective October 10, 2026
This policy explains what data Axerity collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1.What this policy covers
This policy covers axerity.com, our docs, AxAgent, the AxAgent API and SDK, and any emails we send you. In this policy, "Axerity", "we", and "us" mean the team that runs these services. "You" means anyone who uses them.
2.The short version
- We never train AI models on your data. That includes your prompts, files, outputs, and anything on your agent's computer.
- Your data is only used to run your agent and to provide the services you asked for.
- We do not sell your data. We make money from selling compute and services, not data.
- You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time.
3.What we collect
Information you give us. Your email address and message when you ask for early access or contact us. When accounts open, your name, email address, and account settings.
Your content. Everything you put into AxAgent or the API: prompts, messages, files, transcriptions, memories, vector data, tool definitions, outputs, and the contents of your agent's computer and its snapshots.
Usage and billing data. What you use so we can bill you correctly, such as computer hours, storage, tokens, and transcription minutes.
Technical data. Logs our servers create when you use the services, such as IP address, browser, device, request times, and errors.
Payment information. Payments are handled by a payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
4.How we use it
- To run your agent and provide the services you use.
- To bill you for what you use.
- To keep the services secure and prevent abuse.
- To answer your questions and give you support.
- To tell you about early access, launches, and important changes. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
- To meet our legal obligations.
5.What we never do
- Train AI models on your content.
- Use your content for anything other than running your agent.
- Sell or rent your personal data.
- Show you ads or share your data with advertisers.
7.Public URLs and ports
Your agent can open a port on its computer at a public HTTPS or TCP address. Anything served there can be reached by anyone with the address. You decide what your agent exposes.
8.How long we keep data
We keep your account data while your account is open. We keep your content until you delete it or close your account, and then delete it from our systems, including backups, within a reasonable time. We may keep some records longer when the law requires it, such as billing records. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and debugging.
9.Security
Each agent runs in its own isolated computer. Data sent to and from our services is encrypted in transit, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it to run the services. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will tell you.
10.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or limit how we use it. You can use these rights at any time by emailing hi@axerity.com. We will not treat you differently for using them.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
11.International transfers
We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours. When we do, we use appropriate safeguards required by law.
13.Children
Our services are not for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
14.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
